Welding Tools
Configure the BuildPro™ table work area to handle almost any metal fabrication assembly task with this range of work positioners. Start with the core component being the Ball-Lock Bolt system, these 16mm diameter bolts expand and lock against the underside chamfer surface in the tables or in the bar accessories. There are two lengths available for Accessory to Table and for Accessory to Accessory. These bolts are specific to each function and lock securely with just a light nip on the setscrew.
Socket Shoulder Set Screws are useful for more permanent bolting of BuildPro accessories. The Flush type is best suited for joining tables. Both Set Screw types will lock against an accessory slot as the thick washer bears the load.
Table Fixtures
Riser Blocks come in different length and surface presentation. Set work up high by coupling blocks, or add a plate above or below the table. Clamps can be mounted on the blocks together with accessories such as V-Pads and Magnet Spacers. The Economy range offer a convenient set of spacing blocks, while the Heavy Duty range offer more surfaces and a variety of hole patterns.
Straight Edge Stops and Right Angle Brackets can be mounted on to the BuildPro™ Table or joined together for vertical/horizontal configurations. Each of these Stops and Brackets comes with holes and slots to enable precise location or infinite sliding adjustment.
Table Jigs
V-Blocks are available in 120 or 90 degree profiles for tube or square sections. The blocks have a 16mm diameter spigot for location on the table or on any of the bar accessories. A number of Stops and Rests are available to enable work to be set above the BuildPro™ table surface. Stack Magnetic Rest Buttons for height support in 25mm increments. Quick and easy!
The unique BuildPro™ Threaded Adapters convert any hole to a threaded location. This feature enables a wide variety of mounting blocks and custom sections to be securely bolted.
The BuildPro™ Modular Fixturing Kits include a selection of Work Positioners and Clamps. Start with a kit and add appropriate extra items as required at a later stage. WTA carries all the Fixturing Kits as well as having most of the BuildPro™ tools available separately.

V-Blocks are used to locate round or curvy objects such as cylinders, pipes etc. These are easy to place on your BuildPro™ welding tables. It comes in sizes of 50mm and 65mm. For elevated positioning, Top V-pads or clamps may be used for perfect grip of the object.
For locating BuildPro™ tools on your table, Ball Lock Bolts are the best jigs for you. These are used for connecting tools on a tabletop with ease.
D-Stop bars are generally affixed on the table to get hold of a variety of clamps. This works best when the work piece is angular and requires a firm grip from multiple angles.
Right Angle Brackets are useful to place objects at a firm right angle. Work pieces with rectangular or square shapes are easy to work on while using these brackets. Adding on, there are holes for varied positions of gripping the object firmly.
Riser blocks work effectively when there is a need to elevate the work piece to any specified height. These blocks can be piled together to attain any desired elevation level as well. It may also be used to extend the workspace by pulling the riser blocks together vertically. Creating a required right angle beam to hold the work piece is possible by merging two riser blocks at 90 degrees.
Other main products include Straight Edge Stops that are used to square up various parts of the work piece. Stop and Rest provides easy access to the object by elevating it while working in a standing position. Socket Shoulder Set Screws are affixed on the flat table surface to hold the tools and other welding accessories; also often used to connect two tables together as well, thus creating a larger workspace. Sliding Channel Bases and Eccentric Pads controls the adjustment of the object as per the required condition.
